Amber Alert issued for missing Genesee County boy, 9

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 9-year-old Genesee County boy with severe autism.

Omarion Humphrey of Davison is a black male, 4 feet tall and weighing 70 lbs, according to amberalertmichigan.org.

He has black hair and was last seen wearing black shorts with a red stripe and no shirt. Humphrey was last seen at 5:45 p.m. Saturday in the area of Lake Callis in Davison.

The Davison Township Parks and Reaction Department announced on its Facebook page that the Lake Callis Recreation Complex would be closed Sunday to "facilitate additional search efforts" in locating Humphrey.

Davison Township Police said crews searched overnight for the boy and are continuing to look for him. The boy goes by the name "Mars," according to police, who said he will respond to the nickname although he can't speak.
